Description

Project management mission established in accordance with the MOP law, including the following mission elements:
Basic mission: ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR.
Complementary missions: DIAG, EXE (complete on fluid and partial (quantitative) lots on the other lots), SSI coordination, monitoring and evaluation of energy performance (SEPE), BIM (Building Information Modeling) summary.
The SEPE assignment consists of a performance commitment by the project supervisor on the level of energy performance of the building and will be carried out over a period of 3 years from the end of the perfect completion guarantee. The BIM summary will start from the phase with the production of 3D modelling of the work, until the submission of the files for the works carried out (DOE).
The project as a whole represents a total useful floor area of approximately 8 000 m².
