Description

The University is tendering for the provision of window cleaning, cleaning of cladding and bicycle/smoking shelters across the sites at Manchester and Crewe. The property types included are included are: Academic Buildings, Office Buildings, Halls of Residence, Energy Centre, Car Park and Bicycle and Smoking Shelters. Cleaning is to include internal and external glass and internal glass twice per year with external cladding on an annual basis. The provision of fortnightly cleans for receptions areas will be included as part of the tender.
The proposed contract will be awarded by the 1.9.2015 with a contract to commence at the end of September/beginning of October 2015. The contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend for 1 further year.
