Poland-Wrocław: Hospital meals
The subject matter of the contract shall include:
(a) Nutrition services covering the comprehensive preparation of patient meals and their distribution to hospital units for patient beds and the preparation of preventive meals for hospital staff, in the quantities specified in:
‘Pricing form’ – Annex 2 to the ToR;
In accordance with the principles set out in:
‘Scope of services’ – Annex 1 to the contract
‘List of allowances in accordance with the current nomenclature at A. Falkiewicz Specialist Hospital in Wrocław’ – Annex 2 to the contract,
“List of children’s diets and mixtures for infants” – Annex 3 to the contract
‘Average daily dietary rations for patients of A. Falkiewicz Specialist Hospital, expressed in products’ – Annex 4 to the contract;
‘Recommended standards for energy and nutrients for breastfeeding and pregnant women’ – Annex 5 to the Agreement.
(b) Rental of kitchens and kitchen kitchens with a total surface area of 474.43 m² and equipment to secure the distribution of meals to branches, in accordance with:
‘List of kitchen rooms and kitchens’ – Annex 1 to the lease agreement,
‘List of facilities and equipment for premises’ – Annex 2 to the lease agreement,
‘Specification of the components of the monthly mining fee’ – Annex 3 to the lease agreement.
(C) The quantities of meals set out in Annex 2 to the ToR – Price Form are estimated quantities, i.e. averaged, accepted for the calculation of the value of the contract. The actual number of meals may change and will depend on the number of patients in hospital during the duration of the contract resulting from the procedure,
(D) Note: Each contractor must submit an economic and calorific calculation of the allowances: primary and obstetrics,
(e) The Contractor selected in this call for tenders will be required to take over, in accordance with Article 23 of the Labour Code, all staff previously employed in the performance of tasks connected with the performance of the contract. There are 2 employees to be transferred.
In addition:
1. The Contractor will install water meters on two water windows serving the branch cookers located on floors I, II, III of the Internal Diseases and Geriaria Buildings, i.e. in the basement or on the 1st floor of the building, i.e. a total of 4 meters per 2 pivots with approaches with inspection cabinets, and will carry out a leak test. The Contractor shall provide a summary record of acceptance.
2. The contractor will install sub-meters for electricity. The sub-meters are intended to include lighting circuits and electrical sockets serving branch stoves on the I, II, 3 rd floors of the Internal Diseases and Geriatrics Division (3) buildings installed in control cabinets on the corridors of these floors. Of the assembly carried out, the Contractor will provide a summary acceptance report for the Contracting Authority together with the diagrams.
3. The contractor will install sub-meters for electricity. The sub-meters are intended to include the circuits of electrical sockets serving the cookers and the wash outlets on the III, IV and 5th floors of the Ginecological and Obstetric Branch building (6), including for the 230V sockets – (3 items) separately for 400V (3 items), installed in control cabinets on the corridors of these floors. Of the assembly carried out, the Contractor will provide a summary acceptance report for the Contracting Authority together with the diagrams.
4. The contractor will install water meters (on the hot and cold water system) in the Ginecological and Midwifery building on the water rods serving the cookers and the washrooms with approaches, with inspection cabinets, and carry out a leak test. The Contractor shall provide a summary record of acceptance.
