Description

Der Auftraggeber plant auf dem Grundstück 80/27; 80/49; 80/51 und 80/57, Gemarkung Jesau in Kamenz, auf welchem er bereits ein Hallenbad betreibt, die Errichtung eines neuen Kombibades bestehend aus Schwimmhallengebäude und Freibad, mit anschließendem Abbruch des bestehenden Hallenbades, mit dem Namen Lessingbad Kamenz. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, einen Planer mit Planungsleistungen der Leistungsphase 1 (teilweise) bis einschließlich Leistungsphase 8 stufenweise sowie optional Leistungsphase 9 des Leistungsbilds Objektplanung Freianlagen zwecks Realisierung des vorgenannten Projekts zu beauftragen.
