Description

I Terminal 5 ska en omfattande om- och utbyggnation genomföras för att förbättra atmosfär och känsla för resenären på Arlanda. Projektet har högt ställda krav på funktionalitet, flexibilitet, miljö och hållbarhet. Begreppet flexibilitet avser främst de tekniska försörjningssystemen kopplade till driftsekonomin, men även framsynthet och utvecklingsmöjligheter av resenärslösningar i terminalen. Nya Terminal 5 skall kännas modern och Swedavias och flygplatsens speciella atmosfär skall avspeglas i såväl interiör som exteriör. Swedavia avser att genomföra ombyggnationen med entreprenadform Delad eller Generalentreprenad vilket gör att detta uppdrag innefattar en traditionell projektering utifrån beställarens befintliga relationshandlingar och projektering ska utmynna i förfrågningsunderlag som vid upphandlingstillfället är genomarbetade för att snabbt och effektivt kunna omvandlas till bygghandling när väl entreprenör/er är kontrakterad/e.
