Description

Předmětem zakázky je dodávka stavebních prací v rámci rekonstrukce objektu v areálu Zadavatele dle Projektové dokumentace, která tvoří přílohu č. 2 Zadávací dokumentace. Předmětem rekonstrukce bude zateplení objektu, výměna výplní otvorů a úpravy UT. Boletické panely budou nahrazeny zdivem z pórobetonových tvárnic tl. 100 mm, obvodové stěny se zateplí fasádní minerální vatou tl. 280 mm. Nebo jiné obdobné řešení se stejnými tepelně izolačními vlastnostmi (U = 0,15 W/(m2.K)). Provede se zateplení podhledu posledního stropu minerální vatou tl. 280 mm. Nebo jiné obdobné řešení se stejnými tepelně izolačními vlastnostmi (U = 0,11 W/(m2.K)). Okna budou vyměněna za nová UW = 0,90 W/(m2.K), dveře UD=1,0 W/(m2.K). Nové konstrukce na rozhraní vytápěného prostoru a vnějšího prostředí převážně splňují doporučené hodnoty ČSN 73 0540-2 2011.
