1. The subject of the order is the purchase of 15 mobile water treatment devices and their delivery to 14 District Flood Warehouses and the Provincial Flood Warehouse in Gorzów Wlkp. The contract was divided into two parts: • Part I: purchase of 8 mobile water treatment devices and delivery of them to 7 Poviat Flood Warehouses and the Provincial Flood Warehouse in Gorzów Wlkp., i.e.: to the districts of Gorzów, Strzelce-Dresden, Słubice, Sulęcin, Międzyrzec, Świebodzin and Gorzów Wielkopolski and to the Lubuskie Provincial Office in Gorzów Wielkopolski; • Part II: purchase of 7 mobile water treatment devices and delivery of them to 7 Poviat Flood Warehouses, i.e.: to districts: Krosno, Zielona Góra, Żary, Żagań, Nowa Sól, Wschów and Zielona Góra. The equipment will be designed for the extraction of drinking water from surface sources and the treatment of contaminated tap water in crisis situations (removal of biological contaminants and basic chemical contaminants). Water from such a device should meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 7 December 2017 on the quality of water intended for human consumption (Dz. Journal of Laws 2017, item 2294 as amended). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 2 to the FTZ. 3. The delivered devices must be brand new, manufactured not earlier than 2023, unused, not subject to any repairs, free from defects, fully functional and ready to use for their intended purpose. 4. If any documents used to describe the subject-matter of the contract indicate trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a specific process that characterises the products or services provided by a particular economic operator, this should be interpreted as a reference to certain standards and not as a requirement for specific solutions, the Contracting Authority shall in any such case allow equivalent solutions. 5. Whenever the Contracting Authority describes the subject-matter of the contract by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, it shall allow solutions equivalent to those described. 6. The detailed method of performance of the subject-matter of the contract is specified in the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No 9 to the FTZ. 7. The exact location of the flood protection warehouses will be made available to the Contractor upon signing the contract. 8. The Ordering Party shall set the minimum required time limit for the warranty provided by the Contractor for the water treatment equipment supplied for a period of 24 months from the date of signature by the Parties of the Unqualified Acceptance Protocol. The term of the guarantee shall be one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders to be assessed in accordance with Chapter XX. SWZ.
