Description

The object of the procedure is the acquisition of Integrated IT Platform Development Services within the SMIS project: 339169 "Portal of Romanian Sport" - Digitalisation of the public services of the National Agency for Sport. In the alternative, in order to achieve the main objective, consideration will be given to: • Delivery and takeover of hardware equipment. • Analysis of the workflows within the NSA and System Design. • Development of integrated ICT solution and internal testing Provider. Implementation of cybersecurity measures. Implementation of an integrated system. • Final testing. • Training administrators and users. • Provision of warranty services for a minimum period of 36 months after final acceptance. The platform will integrate a minimum of 13 interconnected functional modules, including: ANS Public Portal, Registry Module – Document Management, Sports Register – Federations and Clubs, Register of Athletes and Coaches, Register of Sports Bases, Sport Yearbook, Gallery of Great Athletes (virtual tour), CNFPA Module, Archive Module (digitisation of the physical archive), Administrative Module, Chatbot/Virtual Assistant, Business Intelligence Reports, as well as related mobile applications. SMIS project: 339169 The Romanian Sport Portal is co-financed by the Intelligent Growth, Digitalisation and Financial Instruments Programme 2021-2027, Priority: P2 Digitalisation in central public administration and business, Specific objective: Harnessing the benefits of digitalisation for the benefit of citizens, companies, research organisations and public authorities, Action 2.2 E-government and digitalisation for the benefit of citizens – 2.2.1: E-guv in public administration/institutions, Measure 1: Public services for citizens and/or companies identified in the CSP managed by ADR and/or in accordance with the eGuv Policy, Call for proposals: 1. The deadline for requesting clarifications is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority must respond to requests for clarifications so that the replies are published at least 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
