The subject of this order is the supply of net active electricity to sites of the Contracting Authority by a licensed electricity supplier and a coordinator of a standard balancing group to supply net active electricity with full administration of the information flow with ESO and bearing the costs of imbalances. The Contractor shall provide a combined service of selling electricity and paying for the services of ‘access to and transmission through the electricity transmission and/or distribution network’ and ‘balancing responsibility’. If necessary, the Contractor shall register the non-registered sites of the Contracting Authority on the electricity market and carry out the necessary actions to change the coordinator of a balancing group, in accordance with the legislation in force. In the event of a change in the price of an ‘obligation to society’, fees, supplements, contributions and taxes to the price of electricity, as well as the introduction of new obligations and/or components to the price of a producer and/or trader, set by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) and/or by another competent authority, as well as in the event of a change in the legislation relating to these matters, the parties to the contract awarding the contract are obliged to comply with the changes, and the new obligations and/or components will be automatically added and paid in addition to the total estimated value of the contract from the date of entry into force of the change. Also, the subject of the contract includes the introduction of a system for remote measurement and monitoring of electricity consumption in selected sites of the Contracting Authority (up to 3 pieces).
