Description

The project consists of the revalorisation and valorisation of the Postsite in Tienen, in order to give it a fully-fledged urban and architectural design that will be a lever for the overall redevelopment of the Tienan station.
N.M.B.S. Holding owns the land to be developed between the Iron Road street, the new railway platform 1 and the Tiense Station Square. The City of Tienen and N.M.B.S. Holding wish to redevelop the sub-area in question as a first step in the implementation of the Station Plan. N.M.B.S. Holding wishes to sell its land, including current stands (postal building), subject to the completion of a binding project. The project includes the repurposing of the former postal building, a new construction with the integration and construction of a public bicycle park and bicycle point, and the construction of the public domain within the project area under the mixed programme.
This call is addressed to building teams of project developers and designers who pool the necessary expertise either in a single integrated design office or as a principal contractor or as a partner in the form of a temporary commercial partnership. N.M.B.S. Holding will select a developer to include the property operation on its land, always in coordination with the City of Tienen. The project promoter will be responsible for the management of the construction team to be further constituted or not, and is the contact point for N.M.B.S. Holding and, if relevant, for the city of Tienen.
It is a negotiated procedure with prior publication in 2 stages, namely, on the one hand, a selection procedure for applications and, on the other hand, a negotiated award procedure.
