1. The subject of this contract is the execution of the Design Documentation together with the performance of author's supervision and implementation on the basis of the prepared Design Documentation of the entire construction works for the task entitled: Reconstruction for the needs of the Department of Clinical Oncology of the hospital space/rooms located at IIp. the Old Oncology Building of the M. Copernicus Multidisciplinary Oncology and Traumatology Centre in Łódź 2. The scope of the contract covers the design and execution of construction works, together with obtaining for the Ordering Party all necessary decisions, arrangements, opinions, permits and other documents enabling the modernised facilities of the Copernicus Hospital in Łódź to be built and used in accordance with the applicable regulations. 3.
