1) Comprehensive organization and implementation of recreation for children and youth from the Opole province to a mountain town in Poland. 2) The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 independent parts, i.e.: Part No 1. Organisation and implementation of an additional winter holiday in the form of a 7-day stay (winter camp) for children and teenagers from the Opole province to a mountain town in Poland. Part 2. Organization and implementation of summer recreation in the form of an 11-day stay (colony) for children and youth from the Opole province to a mountain town in Poland. 3) The subject of the contract will be implemented as part of the project entitled: ‘Closer to family and child - support for families experiencing care and upbringing problems and support for foster care – 3rd edition’ of the Regional Operational Programme for the Opolskie Voivodship 2014-2020 (ROP Opolskie), Priority Axis VIII Social integration for Measure 8.1 Access to high-quality health and social services in the field of family support and foster care. 4) A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is included in Annexes 3 to the SWZ in the draft provisions of the contract, as appropriate to the parts.
