Description

The description of the works that are the subject of the contract is set out in the specifications for contracting objective turnkey achievement, developed by SC Romproiect Electro SRL The duration of the contract is 12 months , of which 2 months design and 10 months execution. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days before the deadline set in the Contract Notice for the submission of tenders. The deadline for replying to the clarifications was set in such a way that economic operators would have an appropriate period for analysing the tender documentation and, subsequently, for drawing up the tenders in the light of the answers provided by the Contracting Entity. Economic operators interested in this procedure may request clarifications on the tender documentation including the tender specifications no later than the deadline specified above. The Contracting Entity shall respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification: on the 11th day before the deadline set by the Contract Notice for the submission of tenders. Only the requests for clarifications addressed by the op.ec. will be answered within the previously stated deadline. The contracting entity reserves the right not to respond to clarifications regarding the tender documentation submitted after the date specified above, regardless of the subject of these clarifications.
