PL-Gdansk: construction work for water projects

1. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of an existing pump station No 11 located in Wiślinka in the municipality of Pruszcz Gdański in the district of Gdansk.
The pumping station is designed to drain the Wiślinka polder No 11, an area of 716 hectares used for agriculture and partly built on ground floor and single-storey residential buildings, by pumping water from depressed and depressed areas to Martwa Vistula.
The pumping station and outlet structure are designed from steel bulkheads with a resistance index Wx=1 600 cm³/mb and a length of 14.0 m for the pump tank and 13.0 m for the C30/37 concrete outlet. The bulkheads plunge from the ground level, carry out the distribution according to the implementing design. Before ploughing the bulkheads, weld the anchors to anchor the cork. Detach the anchors with the help of a diver. Make a 2.2 m thick stopper for the pump tank and 1.6 m for the outlet by underwater concrete. After bonding, make the cork on the drainage layer and 10 cm with C8/10 concrete with a concrete base plate with welded reinforcement to the bulkheads.
The outer walls of the pumping station and outlet shall be made as a concrete with welded reinforcement to the bulkheads.
In the cavity the bulkheads make the gel bends associated with the reinforcement of the walls.
The cleaning device shall be suspended on a special pillar support structure located along the grid in the inlet channel. Fix the poles on the pumping station’s inlet pins and on the base of the concrete bedrock set up on the bins of the bulkheads at the storage area of the ‘scrats’.
The support structure shall be made of frame and support poles from two hot-rolled C140 tubs, welded into a box section. The running track for the mechanical cleaner shall be made of twoth profile I 240. The beam of the driving track shall be hung by means of attachments adjustable to the support structure frame. Over the whole of the support structure, carry a roof of profiles closed by a knoe and the roof covering is made of a plate or trapezium plate. Make the S235 (St3S) steel design drawing.
The existing steering room building should be dismantled, a new free-standing, ground floor building with external dimensions has been designed at 4.80 x 7.50 m.
Existing pipelines from the pumping station building to the outlet shall be demolished. Reconstruction of electric cables in accordance with the electricity industry project.For the purposes of the sanitary node of the control room, a sanitary sewer connection DN160 L=18.0m PVC-U is being designed. The drains will be discharged into the existing septic tank. The existing sewerage connection is cut off, blinded and the pipeline filled with cement.
2. The subject matter of the contract is specified in the design documentation and the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works.
3. A procurement procedure is foreseen to be cancelled in the event of non-reimbursable funding from the budget of the European Union and non-reimbursable aid granted by European Free Trade Association (EFTA) Member States intended to finance all or part of the contract.
4. A table of values for integrated elements, based on the design documentation. The value table of integrated elements must be sealed and signed by persons authorised to represent the firm.
5. Power of attorney to sign the tender, unless the right to sign the tender arises from other documents submitted with the tender. This power of attorney must be signed by a person authorised to represent the Contractor, be submitted as an annex to the tender and must be in the original or a copy certified as true by a notary. A power of attorney to represent all Contractors jointly applying for the contract. This document must be signed on behalf of all Contractors submitting a joint tender by persons authorised to represent the Contractors. A representative may be appointed to represent the Contractors in a public procurement procedure or to represent them in the procedure and conclude the contract for the award of a public contract. This power of attorney should be submitted as an annex to the tender and must be in the original or in a copy certified as true copy by a notary. The content of the power of attorney in the case of entities acting jointly must clearly specify the activities for which the representative is authorised to perform.
