Description

The subject matter of the transaction is the supply, installation, training of users and the provision of other services related to the implementation and customisation of an editorial system intended for the production of news, sports and news affairs. The following activities and supplies shall be part of the performance of this contract: analysis of the current environment, design and consultation of the workflow; delivery of the required SW licences; delivery of the requirements for the optimal HW and SW environment of the contracting authority for the work of 250 connected users at the same time; project to implement the system into the SW and HW environment of the contracting authority; customisation of the system according to the contracting authority’s needs, access rights settings, template settings, user training; cooperation in defining optimal HW infrastructure requirements; implementation of the system into the proposed SW and HW environment of the sponsor; the development of tools enabling the migration of content of the current iNEWS editorial system into the environment of the new editorial system and the verification of their functionality; training of key users and system administrators; provision of servicing and other services.
