The subject of the contract is a service for the development of components for the production of RDF – waste with codes 19 12 12 and 19 12 04, together with a service for their collection and transport in an estimated total quantity of 7 000 Mg. 2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the PPL Act: 1) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding, within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract, to the existing service provider a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services (i.e. the development of components for the production of RDF – waste with codes 19 12 12 and 19 12 04 together with the service of their collection and transport), if: such a contract was provided for in the contract notice for the basic contract, (b) such a contract is consistent with its subject matter, (c) the value of such a contract does not exceed PLN 2 000 000.00 net, (d) the value of such a contract has been included in the calculation of the value of the basic contract, (e) funds will be secured in the contracting authority's financial plan. 2) The order referred to in point. I.9.1.1) FTZ may be granted when it will be beneficial for the contracting authority or when there is a need for its implementation. In addition, the contract may be awarded under the conditions set out in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex 2 to this FTZ, after securing appropriate financial resources to finance the contract. 6. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of resumptions referred to in Art. 2 of the PPL Act.
