Description

The client of the assignment is the municipality of Smallingerland. The assignment concerns the integral renovation of the Town Hall in Drachten. This renovation has two goals. The first goal is to make the outdated installations in the town hall more sustainable, so that they meet current and future requirements and ambitions. The second goal is the realization of a working environment for the municipal organization in which the facilities and layout are in line with the requirements of today. The total renovation concerns approximately 10,000 m2 gross floor area and is divided into two plots, namely an architectural plot and an installation-technical plot.
