The client of the assignment is the municipality of Smallingerland. The assignment concerns the integral renovation of the Town Hall in Drachten. This renovation has two goals. The first goal is to make the outdated installations in the town hall more sustainable, so that they meet current and future requirements and ambitions. The second goal is to create a working environment for the municipal organization in which the facilities and layout meet the requirements of today.
