Description

Call for tenders for planning services, services according to the service description "Object Planning - Buildings and Interiors" (Appendix 10, HOAI 2021) with the service phases 1-9. The new building of a collection center, for the permanent storage of documents and objects from urban cultural buildings, with integrated office space, is planned and implemented. The area required is about 2350 m2 (length about 61 m, width about 38.4 m), the building is built on one floor with green roof. A later extension of the planned construction to the north should be possible in principle. A depot planner is available to advise on the planning of the equipment. The structural planning should take into account conservation requirements, logistical processes and long-term goals of the city's cultural operations. In addition to depot areas, provision should be made for a delivery zone with a climate or dirt sluice and a quarantine area.
