Description

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of photovoltaic installations on public buildings in the City and Municipality of Włodowice as part of the task entitled: Construction of renewable energy sources in the City and Municipality of Włodowice (public buildings). 2. The subject-matter of the contract includes the design, supply, installation, commissioning and implementation of a procedure for the inclusion in the DSO network of a photovoltaic installation on 5 public buildings: 1) City and Commune Office Building, Krakowska 26, Włodowice, 2) Municipal Services Department Building, Krakowska 28, Włodowice, 3) Municipal Culture Centre Building, Żarecka 59, Włodowice, 4) Kindergarten Building, Krakowska 13A, Włodowice, 5) Senior+ Day Home Building, Wiejska 2, Rzędkowice. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Functional and Utility Program constituting Annex 1 to the FTZ. 4. In addition, the Contractor's obligations related to the performance of the contract are also defined in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ.
