Description

The Association of Local Authorities AV Media Skåne is a municipality agreement in which it has been decided politically that the Association of Local Authorities will be able to provide intermediation of audiovisual and ICT products to affiliated municipalities, which are 12 municipalities located in Skåne and its proximity. Media Skåne provides services to a further 12 municipalities, of which 4 are contractual municipalities the remaining part of the municipality or individual schools. On behalf of the latter 12 municipalities, these municipalities may also be able to renounce the purchase agreement. In order for it to be possible for the contractual municipalities to purchase goods from AV Media Skåne, AV Media Skåne must be granted a power of attorney specifying the goods concerned.
Power of attorney has been received from the KFU Administration of Hörby Municipality to procure Product Group D, which is described later in the tender specifications.
The Association of Municipalities AV Media Skåne is located in premises on Bäckhagsvägen 13 in central Hässleholm. The Association of Local Authorities AV Media Skåne has 8 employees who run day-to-day operational activities. The Association of Municipalities AV Media Skåne (hereinafter referred to as ‘AVM’) invites companies to submit requests to participate in AVM’s framework contract procurement for audiovisual products (hereinafter referred to as ‘audiovisual products’) and information and communication technology products (hereinafter referred to as ICT products) and related services.
