Purchase of electricity for the municipality of Saaremaa on the terms and conditions set out in the procurement documents and the framework contract annexed thereto at a price not fixed in 2026 according to actual consumption. The total estimated volume of the public procurement is ca 5.7 GWh (ca 2.6 GWh in the area of the city of Kuressaare and ca 3.1 GWh in the rural area of the rural municipality of Saaremaa).
