Description

Auftragsgegenstand ist die Neuordnung und Nachverdichtung auf dem ehemaligen Gewerbeareal Waidmannstr. 26. Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt hier, einen Ort für Kultur und Sport, für Arbeit und Produktion sowie für Freizeit und Erholung zu schaffen.
Die Leistungen richten sich nach den Leistungsbildern des Vertrags. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise/ optional. Zunächst werden die zugehörigen Generalplanerleistungen der Leistungsstufen 1 und 2 im Leistungsbild Architektur und im Leistungsbild Freianlagenplanung beauftragt sowie der Funktionsplan gemäß Anlage 7 des Vertrages. Daneben werden mit Zuschlag die Leistungsstufen 1 und 2 der BIM-Gesamtkoordination beauftragt.
Das Projekt umfasst als gebündeltes Gesamtprojekt Neubau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen von mindestens insgesamt ca. 110.000 m² BGF.
Ziel ist es, eine Vorgehensweise festzulegen, die es der Auftraggeberin ermöglicht, das Gesamtprojekt innerhalb des gesetzten Zeitrahmens erfolgreich umzusetzen.
