Description

The municipality of Schagen is looking for 1 batch that can provide for the supply of case managers/building planners (plot 1).
It is deliberately chosen to place part of the work in a flexible envelope. The flexible division is expected to be able to respond flexibly, quickly and efficiently to fluctuations in the labour supply. If there are too many environmental permit applications in relation to the number of permanent employees, there is a real risk that permits will be granted automatically because the processing deadlines are not met. This is an undesirable situation that should be avoided. The flexible skin must be of high quality, both in terms of quality of people and work. Rapid availability, delivery and independence are important here.
In addition, Schagen is looking for one lot that can provide for the delivery of policy officers RO (Lot 2).
