The subject of the contract is the structural renovation and increase of the Petroleum pier along the right bank of the Zeeschelde in Antwerp in relation to the PGI business park and the extension of this Petroleum pier on the downstream side with a new steel scaffolding construction over a length of approximately 135 m. The existing Petroleum pier is a protected monument and must therefore be renovated and restored in accordance with the heritage file approved by the Agency for Immovable Heritage (AOE), as annexed to these specifications.
