Description

The MIK (Ministry of the Interior and for Municipalities) has been operating the state's electronic procurement platform, the Brandenburg Public Procurement Marketplace (VMP), since 2008. To this end, a corresponding contract for the rights of use of the software (so-called national licence, purchased once) and software maintenance was concluded with Cosinex in 2008. The technical operation itself has so far been carried out by the client (ZIT-BB). For personnel, but also for performance and quality reasons, it is now intended to transfer the entire technical operation from ZIT-BB to Cosinex.
