Description

The purpose of this award procedure is to procure packages for the extension of specific cyber protection solutions and visibility on the experimental and operational data flows associated with the ELI-NP Gamma system, already in use in the ELI-NP infrastructure. The requested extensions must allow the operational and administrative integration with the existing cybersecurity technical facilities within ELI-NP, as well as the subsequent expansion of the inspection, visibility and orchestration capacity, as the traffic volume and the diversity/equipment spectrum generated by the implementation and operation of the Gamma system increase. Pursuant to Article 160 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, interested economic operators will request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation up to 20 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information sent by economic operators on the 12th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, in conjunction with Article 27(3) of Government Decision No 395/2016, as amended.
