: As a social housing company with 24,000 social housing units, Woonhaven Antwerpen is responsible for housing families. The purpose of this procedure is to appoint a contractor to carry out painting work. This framework agreement will mainly be used in the context of the maintenance & restoration of the patrimony. The paintings that will be ordered within this framework agreement are mainly about: - all kinds of interior paintings in vacant and / or inhabited buildings , general parts, ed.... - all kinds of outdoor paintings,.... - previous all kinds of repairs of tenant damage in habitable buildings, ed... What does not fall within the scope of this assignment: - Painting work in the context of renovations in which the same contractor carries out the coordination of several works. The conditions for the most common works, estimated on the basis of the applications for 2024, are determined on the basis of the price list.
