Description

1. The subject of this contract is the delivery of 2 pieces of new factory complete slurry tankers with a tank capacity of 16m3 for Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Buku, ul. Industrial 10, 64320 Beech, whereby the tank must be brand new produced either in 2023 or in 2024. The cars you order must be the same. 2. The description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ and the essential provisions of the contract constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ. 3. The place of delivery of the subject of the order is the seat of the Ordering Party at ul. Industrial 10 in Buk. 4. The costs of preparing the vehicle for registration shall be borne by the Contractor. The car is registered by the customer. 5. The Contractor shall immediately after handing over the slurry tanker carry out training on the operation of the slurry tanker. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Art. 1 points 7 and 8.
