Die Stadtwerke München GmbH erneuert im Sommer 2023 das Weichenfeld südlich des U-Bahnhofs Sendlinger Tor bestehend aus 3 Weichen. Aufgrund von rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen (Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz, Gefahrstoffverordnung, Arbeitsplatzgrenzwerte u.a.) ist während der Bauzeit eine temporäre Bewetterungs- und Entstaubungsanlage für das gesamte Baufeld zu errichten und zu betreiben.
