Description

The City of Kotka (contracting entity, client) requests tenders for winter maintenance services for the properties it owns in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. Tenders are requested for work machines with drivers. The machinery is needed for snow ploughing, sanding and sand removal. The areas to be contracted are property yards, parking areas, walkways and pavements. The call for tenders is divided into 8 sub-components. One contractor (supplier, contractor) is selected for each sub-package. Tenderers may submit tenders for one or more sub-packages. The contract includes the ploughing of defined areas, the prevention of slipping and the removal of snow during the winter season (1.11.-15.3.) and the removal of sand after the end of the winter season (30.4.). The contract includes stand-by duty, in which case contracting will also be carried out outside normal working hours, depending on the weather situation. The customer of the sanding seams acquires directly from the contract supplier. Jätehiekka will be delivered to the location indicated by the customer, and the sand reception point will invoice the customer directly.
