This framework is for the provision of those services, associated with the remediation of contaminated land. This work will predominantly, although not exclusively, relate to the following:
— the remediation of land determined as contaminated land, or designated a special site, under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990,
— the remediation of land causing pollution of controlled waters under sections 161 to 161D of the Water Resources Act 1991, and
— the remediation of land affected by contamination under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
