Description

Die Qualifizierung umfasst den Bereich Stationsleittechnik. Für die Erneuerung von 110-kV-Schaltanlagen (SA) und 110-kV-/10-kV-Umspannwerken (UW) im Hochspannungsnetz der Hamburger Energienetze GmbH soll einheitliche Stationsleittechnik eingesetzt werden. Dafür soll ein komplettes Leittechniksystem qualifiziert werden. Dabei sind zwei unterschiedliche Ausprägungen zu qualifizieren. Zum einen ein System mit einem Stationsbus nach IEC 60870-5-104 sowie Ankopplung von Schutzgeräten über Protokoll nach IEC 60870-5-103. Zum anderen ein System mit einem Stationsbus nach IEC 61850.
