Description

II.1.4.1 The subject of the contract are services in the field of collecting municipal waste from owners of properties located in Nowy Sącz and municipal waste management on the basis of Agreement No BZP.272.56.2022 of 17 November 2022 II.1.4.2. The Contracting Authority entrusts and the Contractor accepts the following services: a) collecting municipal waste from owners of real estate on which residents live, from owners of real estate on which residents do not live and municipal waste is generated, from real estate on which a summer cottage is located or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, located in the city of Nowy Sącz; b) the organisation and operation of 1 (one) separate collection point for municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK") in Nowy Sącz from 1 January 2024 and the collection of municipal waste collected in PSZOK. II.1.4.3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in the invitation to negotiate.
