Description

The contract concerns a task of providing strategic and technical and economic assistance relating to the implementation of the ‘Electricity’ competence of the Syndicat. This assistance consists mainly of three areas of intervention and input:
— ‘public electricity distribution’ (valorisation of the concession, monitoring of the various aspects of performance of the contract, charges, eligibility, extension of network uses (CPL), quality, impact on concession authorities and citizens/users of the construction and development of the tariff for the use of public electricity networks (TURPE), etc.),
— the supply of electricity at the regulated tariff and all related issues (monitoring of the various aspects of performance of the contract, energy poverty, price developments, etc.),
— the objectives and medium-term positioning of Sipperec and the development and monitoring of action plans corresponding to the electricity competence.
