This is not a prior information notice, a contract notice or a call for tenders, but a notice to initiate a market dialogue as part of the procurement planning. The Länsi-Uusimaa wellbeing services county is preparing to tender out the procurement of rehabilitative work activities. The procurement will be divided into two areas; 1) Light support service and 2) Moderate support service. Based on the upcoming competitive tendering, more Service Providers will be selected to provide the service in question in the wellbeing services county of Länsi-Uusimaa (Espoo, Hanko, Inkoo, Karkkila, Kauniainen, Kirkkonummi, Lohja, Raasepori, Siuntio, Vihti). The Länsi-Uusimaa wellbeing services county organises market dialogues for interested Service Providers as follows: 1) Light support services VIHTI: 1.10.2024 at 13.00 - 15.00 Vihti Town Hall, Asematie 30. The participants have access to the parking area of the Balanssi gym, Sähkötie 4. The municipal authority's customer parking is intended only for short-term parking. KARJA: 4.10.2024 at 10.00 - 12.00, Elina Kurjenkatu 11. Participants have access to parking spaces on Ratakatu, for example. ESPOO: 7.10.2024 at 10.00 - 12.00, Terveyskuja 2C 2) Midstrong support services as a Teams meeting on 24.9.2024 at 10.30. 12.30 p.m. The Teams link will be delivered to the participants separately. Service Providers interested in acquiring rehabilitative work activities are requested to register for the market dialogue by e-mail at merja.j.kemppainen@luvn.fi and by cc at hankinta@luvn.fi. The notice of participation shall state: the name, e-mail address and telephone number of the participant and who will be represented at the meeting. In connection with the registration, you must also indicate which day you are attending the event. Participants will be provided with a preliminary description of the subject of the procurement for consultation well in advance of the first event. Notices of participation must be submitted by the deadline of 10 September 2024 at 12 noon. Participation in the market dialogue does not bind the Service Provider to participate in the tendering process, nor is it a prerequisite for participating in the actual tendering process at a later stage.
