Description

Cobalt Housing Limited ("Cobalt") is a provider of low-cost housing in Liverpool. Cobalt is seeking expressions of interest from qualified and experienced providers who can provide high quality gardening and grounds maintenance services to 56 blocks of flats within the Norris Green, Croxteth and Fazakerley areas of Liverpool. Such communal areas include (but are not limited to) general landscapes, courtyard areas, roof gardens andcommunal gardens.
The services to be provided are divided into two lots, which are explained in more detail in Information aboutlots. Service providers are invited to bid for one or both lots, which will include the following areas of work: grasscutting, maintenance of shrub beds, general gardening work, weeding, landscape gardening, park maintenance (not including playgrounds), tree pruning and hedge trimming.
The contract for each lot will run for 5 years.
