Het doel van de aanbesteding is het voornemen van TNO tot het sluiten van een Overeenkomst met een (1) Opdrachtnemer voor het uitvoeren van de verantwoording van projecten die vallen onder de Europese subsidieregeling Interreg. Daarnaast gaat de voorkeur van TNO uit naar een partij die indien nodig advies kan geven inzake de subsidiemogelijkheden in complexe financieringsvraagstukken. Deze dienstverlening dient te worden uitgevoerd conform de eisen en wensen als opgenomen in de aanbestedingsstukken.
