1) the object of the contract is the financial leasing of an agricultural tractor equipped for forestry works. The procurement includes the supply of the machinery, as well as leasing services, motor vehicle compulsory insurance services, optional Casco insurance services, related to it, in accordance with the requirements expressed in the Tender Specifications;
2) duration of the contract: 38 months, including 36 months for funding. The contract period includes the period from the placing of the order and the payment of the advance, the delivery period, the lease period for 36 months and the period necessary for the transfer of ownership of the machine to the beneficiary;
3) the contracting authority shall reply in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information until the 10th day after the deadline for submission of tenders.
