Description

4.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of post-lease computers for the University of Lodz. 4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the Price Sheet constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4.3. The term ‘delivery’ should be understood as the provision of equipment required by the Ordering Party at its own expense and risk. 4.4. Delivery includes used equipment. The Ordering Party is aware that the amount of uniform equipment that it wants to order may not be available entirely on the market. The subject-matter of the contract was therefore divided into four lots. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. Therefore, the Contractor has the possibility to submit a tender in relation to one, several or all parts of the subject matter of the contract specified in the Price Sheet constituting Annex No 1 to the CVT. However, the contracting authority does not allow the division of the contract into a single lot, which will be treated as the submission of an incomplete tender and will result in the rejection of the tender under a given item.
