Description

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a boat intended for officers of the Pomeranian Customs and Tax Office in Gdynia. The boat is ordered with the equipment specified in the tender documentation and which the Contractor must install in the vessel. 2. The boat that is the subject of the contract should be new, free from any technical and legal defects to which third parties are not entitled, approved for use by the relevant authorities and not subject to any proceedings or security. 3. Materials used for the construction of the boat, equipment, appliances and equipment of the boat subject to the contract will be new, not remanufactured, produced not earlier than 18 months from the date of laying of the keel and free from technical and legal defects. 4. The unit to be procured will not be a prototype, including the hull and propulsion. The stability of the boat ensures the ability to turn and return to an even keel (SELF RIGHTING) after exceeding the permissible tilt angle. The Contractor shall document the production of at least one such unit which is currently in use. 5. The date of manufacture of the fire-fighting equipment, life-saving appliances and electric accumulators fitted to the boat shall not be earlier than 12 months from the date of signature of the final delivery and acceptance report of the boat. 6.
