Udbuddet vedrører rådgivningsydelser inden for projektering, udbud, byggeledelse, tilsyn og gennemførelse af opgaver af drifts- og anlægsopgaver i relation til fjernvarme, både varmeproduktion og varmedistribution, for Egedal Fjernvarme.
Ydelserne udbydes i to delkontrakter – henholdsvis:
• Delkontrakt 1 - Varmeproduktion og
• Delkontrakt 2 - Varmedistribution.
Ydelserne omfattet af Delkontrakt 1 - Varmeproduktion vil hovedsageligt omfatte rådgivning i forbindelse med opførsel og idriftsættelse af store varmepumper. Hermed menes projekter på en kapacitet på mellem 1 MW til 20 MW inklusive opførsel af bygninger, samt eventuelt solfangeranlæg.
Ydelserne omfattet af Delkontrakt 2 – Varmedistribution vil hovedsageligt omfatte rådgivning i forbindelse udvidelser af eksisterende fjernvarmenet. Rådgivningen omfatter bl.a. projektering, etablering og idriftsættelse af de nye fjernvarmenet.
