The subject of the contract in the public procurement procedure is the supply of honorary badges, badges and honorary white arms marks, broken down into 3 lots:
First subdivision: provision of honorary badges and badges of honorary titles:
1 Honour Wojsk Landmark 210;
2 Air Force Honorary Mark’ 80;
3 Honorary Mark of the Navy 60;
4 Honorary badge of Special Arms 40;
5 Honorary Mark of Military Police 50;
6 Honourable Polish Zolnierz (golden) badge 60;
7 Grade of Honourable Zolnierz of the Republic of Poland (silver) 110;
8 Honourable Zolnierz of the Republic of Poland (brown) 1 010;
9 Label of the honorary title of Elev 310;
10 Grade of Honorary Grade of Kadet 410;
11 The master’s exemplary title is awarded. 510;
12 Sub-layer of the badges of the title of Honourable Zolnierz of the Republic of Poland 1 010;
13 Label of the Honourable Titles of the Elev, exemplary Kadet, exemplary Subdidate 1 010.

Second subdivision: supply of honorary white weapons:
1 Sachel of Honourable Polish Woy 16;
2 Navy Honorary Palace 5;
3 Honourable Cork of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland 91;
4 Honourable Cork of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland 41;
5 Honourable Cork of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland of the Navy 21;
6 Honourable Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland’s Special Armed Forces 6.

Third part: supply of distinguishing ropes:
1 Shade in blue with one chwaste. 501;
2 Distinctive barrel in an amartic colour with one chwaste. 851;
3 Blue-silver flanked with one chwaste. 16;
4 Amarant silver barrel with one chwaste. 16;
5 A discernible blue coat with two weeds. 1 001;
6 Distinctive barrel in an amarant colour with two weeds. 40 01;
7 Blue-silver flanked with two weeds. 11;
Amarant silver cord with two weeds. 14.
8 Clear for the naval uniform 501

The above items were described on the basis of the legislation in force: Regulation of the Minister for National Defence of 23.6.2010 on the distinction of soldiers, former soldiers and military sub-divisions and institutions (Journal Journal of Laws No 124, item 841) Act of 19.2.1993 on the marks of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland (Journal of Laws Journal of Laws No 34, item 154 as amended), Act of 31.1.1980 on godles, colours and anthems of the Republic of Poland and on State seals (Journal of Laws 2005, No 235, item 2000, as amended).
The delivery is to be made to the contracting authority’s premises in Warsaw ul. Mr Banacha 2 with entry to the storage facilities in question.
