The subject matter of the public procurement procedure is ‘Development of information boards and advertising materials’. The public procurement procedure is planned for implementation under Action 2 ‘Visibility, transparency and communication’ of the project ‘Adaptation of the national ADIS EURODAC to the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2019/817’, funded by the Programme of the Republic of Bulgaria under the Instrument for Financial Support for Border Management and Visa Policy 2021-2027, and Action 2 ‘Visibility, transparency and communication’ of the project ‘Increasing the quality and effectiveness of DNA research in the field of forensic science’, funded by the Programme of the Republic of Bulgaria under the Internal Security Fund 2021-2027. The activities under the subject of the contract include design, prepress, printing, manufacturing, delivery and installation of information signs - 3 pcs.; design, prepress, printing, production and delivery of packages containing hardcover notebooks, pens and USB sticks - 25 pcs., as well as design, prepress, printing, production and delivery of packages containing hardcover notebooks and pens - 30 pcs. During these events, promotional materials (flash drives, notebooks, pens), necessarily bearing the logo of the funding programs, will be distributed. Information boards with a logo of the programmes, the name of the projects and a text stating that the projects are co-financed by the European Union in accordance with the requirements of the Handbook for Visualization of EU Support 2021-2027 - Brandbook for Beneficiaries will be placed in the lobby of the NIK-MVR and in the BNTL at the Burgas Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior.
