The subject of the contract is the supply of one-time injection equipment for the needs of Prievidza Policlinic Hospital with its registered office in Bojnice, Myjava Policlinic Hospital and Považská Bystrica Policlinic Hospital for a contractual period of 24 months. The subject matter of the contract is divided into 5 separate lots: Part No 1 Needles for injection disposable Part No 2 Sprayers disposable Part No 3 Sprayers disposable insulin Part No 4 Cannula I.V. Part No 5 Needles spinal The subject of the contract must be new, unused, unremanufactured and meet the requirements of the relevant generally binding regulations and standards applicable in the Slovak Republic and the European Union. The subject matter of the contract includes transport to the delivery points and the provision of a guarantee for the delivered subject matter of the contract.
