Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of PK and Ca fertilizers for the Experimental Variety Assessment Station in SƂupia Wielka and its Experimental Variety Assessment Plants in Koƛcielna Wieƛ, Nowa Wieƛ Ujska, Bobrowniky and ƚrem. 1. The contracting authority accepts the possibility of submitting partial tenders for one or more of the lots listed in these specifications - tasks 1 to 12. 2. Each Contractor may submit an offer for a task or tasks of his choice. The task is indivisible and constitutes a whole. 3. The fertilizers supplied must have a valid permit from the competent Minister allowing them to be marketed in the country, as well as meet the labelling requirements, in accordance with the provisions of the Fertilizers and Fertilization Act. 4. The subject-matter of the contract is specified in the units of measurement assigned to each item. Description of the subject-matter of the fertilizer order: Task Nos 1 to 5 – concerns the supply of fertilisers to SDOO SƂupia Wielka . A detailed description is given in the Annex to this specification. Task No. 6-7 - concerns the supply of fertilizers for ZDOO Koƛcielna Wieƛ. A detailed description is given in the Annex to this specification. Task No. 8-10 - concerns the supply of fertilizers for ZDOO Nowa Wieƛ Ujska.
