VTK Kiinteistöt Oy (hereinafter referred to as "VTK" or "the contracting entity") is tendering out the developer consulting, supervision and expert services of the renovation project of the Vantaa Vocational College Varia Hiekkaharju for the planning, implementation and warranty phase of the project. The renovation project of Varia's Hiekkaharju campus is related to the development of Vantaa's secondary level service network and is part of the broader development of Vantaa Vocational College Varia's office network, where teaching activities are planned to be concentrated in three modern and healthy campuses instead of four campuses (Hiekkaharju, Koivukylä, Myyrmäki and Aviapolis): Vehkala, Hiekkaharju and Tikkurila competence campus. Vantaa Vocational College Varia's Hiekkaharju College building complex is located on property 92-62- 304-2 (Tennistie 1, 01370 Vantaa) and consists of two parts. The original part was built in 1963. The extensions were built in 2006. The old part of the site, which is in need of renovation, is partly inoperable and damaged from a civil engineering point of view, and partly functionally old-fashioned. In the project, the functional and damaged building parts of the old part will be renovated and space changes will be made due to the reorganisation of the teaching fields and the growing number of pupils. At the same time, the necessary changes and corrections will be made to the extension.
