Description

The Central Immigration Office in Eisenhüttenstadt (ZABH) houses the first reception facility (EAE) for asylum seekers on its premises. The catering services of persons to be looked after were advertised in two partial lots (Lot 2a and Lot 2b) on a site-by-site basis. However, an award has not yet been made due to currently ongoing review procedures. Until the decision is taken in the two review procedures, an interim solution is absolutely necessary to ensure the provision of food to the numerous residents of the initial reception facilities. Since the catering services are services of general interest, the services to be procured for the three locations of the ZABH (Eisenhüttenstadt, Frankfurt/Oder, Wünsdorf) must be procured for extremely urgent and compelling reasons within the meaning of Paragraph 14(4)(3) of the VgV (here: Ensuring the proper and continuous supply of food to the residents of the establishments) will be awarded at short notice under three individual interim contracts. In this case, the interim order for the Frankfurt (Oder) site will be awarded. The start of the service is scheduled for 02.01.2026. Performance time is initially limited to one month. However, the client reserves the right to extend the term of the contract by a maximum of five times, if necessary, by another month.
