Groupement de commande : Département de la Manche (coordonnateur), Pôle Hippique à Saint-Lô et Service Départemental d'Incendie de Secours de la Manche à Saint-Lô. Prestations divisées en 4 lots qui seront traités par accords-cadres séparés. Chaque accord-cadre est mono attributaire avec un maximum fixé en valeur. Les prestations feront l'objet d'un fractionnement en bons de commande. La durée de chaque accord-cadre est de 4 ans
