United Kingdom-Christchurch: Electrical supplies and accessories
This tender was undertaken as an open procedure, as detailed in Regulation 15 of the UK statutory instrument Public Contracts Regulations 2006/5.
Spectrum Housing Group (Spectrum) invited tenders for the supply of electrical materials under a 48 month framework agreement (‘the Agreement'). The Agreement will be used by Spectrum and by all of Spectrum's subsidiaries, both current and future.
The estimated value of purchases that will be made using the Agreement during the 48 month period is between GBP 4,000,000 and GBP 5,000,000 excluding VAT. This estimate of framework expenditure is for information only, and no guarantees are given, nor are implied as to the value of business that will be placed with successful Suppliers participating in the framework agreement.
The initial primary user of this Agreement within the Group is to be Spectrum Property Care (SPC), however it is envisaged that other parts of Spectrum will access the framework via mini-competition as appropriate. SPC expenditure on electrical materials exceeds GBP 800,000 per annum across a wide geographical area.
