Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia Dostawa implantów dla Chirurgii urazowo-ortopedycznej. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 41 części/Pakietów, z których każdy stanowi oddzielny przedmiot zamówienia.
2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 1a do SWZ. Składane oferty muszą zawierać pełny zakres przedmiotu zamówienia w zakresie danego pakietu.
3. Oferowane wyroby medyczne powinny posiadać aktualne świadectwa dopuszczenia do obrotu na rynku polskim zgodne z ustawą o wyrobach medycznych z dnia 20 maja 2010r. oraz z innymi obowiązującymi przepisami prawnymi w tym zakresie, o ile oferowany przedmiot jest wyrobem medycznym
4. Zamawiający nie przewiduje możliwości udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 ustawy Pzp.
